BHMFF Workshop 9/12/26

Hello everyone:

With only two workshops remaining, I look forward to seeing everyone at the library tomorrow, Sat 9/12 from 11am-1pm.

AJ has a fun workshop planned where we will explore what it means to make a surreal or experimental film. This will be a hands-on workshop where we split into small groups and plan, shoot and edit a short film.

The deadline for submitting your film for the festival is fast approaching, so please let me know if I can help with anything to get you over the finish line. Team Redwood members will be on hand on 9/19 for our final workshop dedicated to editing. (Some of them are also available to book private editing sessions for a reasonable fee.)

Our workshops are designed to build the confidence needed to make short films – and we can’t wait to screen them in Belvedere Park on October 9, 2026 at 6pm.

For those that want to access the practice films from the workshops, you can do so by clicking HERE.
