BHMFF Workshop this Sat 8-15-26

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone this Saturday at the Library for a fun workshop designed by AJ Meininger.

In this workshop, we will discuss what makes an successful montage, and learn about the impact that editing has on the story we choose to tell. We’ll learn about the Kuleshov effect, and how powerful it is. AJ will show us how to use this to great effect.

Members of Team Redwood will be on hand help keep us organized.

Our workshops are designed to build the confidence needed to make short films – and we can’t wait to screen them in Belvedere Park on October 9, 2026 at 6pm.

For those that want to access the practice films from the workshops, you can do so by clicking HERE.
